How long have you been doing what you do and how did you become the Breakthrough Strategist?
Many people ask me what brought me to being a breakthrough strategist. A defining moment in my life took place in 1995. At that time, I was working for a national training company selling and teaching their sales programs.
Throughout my sales career spanning over 20 years, I was able to consistently get great sales results and didn’t have to be pushy. I’d found a way to incorporate all the selling skills elements, compiled scripts that worked, without having to be aggressive, pushy and ‘slick.’ I’d always gotten great results from this approach, always being considered and rewarded for being a top sales producer, no matter what I was selling. At the same time, I was noticing other sales colleagues of mine didn’t quite have the same great success in reaching their sales quotas. They struggled internally, externally, and would regularly come back from their sales calls with their heads hanging low and their eyes to the ground. Once again, they hadn’t closed the sale and it was beginning to wear them down.
Each time, I wanted to take them to the side and share with them my secrets, show them that it really wasn’t that difficult to get in front of your ideal prospect, make that appointment and close the sale each and every time, and reach your sales quota consistently, especially if you knew exactly what you should be doing. I was tired of seeing frustrated salespeople struggle to close business. I wanted to help them succeed and reach their sales results.
So, on that fateful day in 1995, I thought to myself, ‘What if I taught them
what to do and they had breakthrough results too!’ Now mind you, I didn’t
want to be a sales manager, I enjoyed selling too much! A part of me knew I
could help them turn their failures around and achieve sales success. I
decided that coaching them one-on-one as a sales coach would probably
get
them the sales results they were looking for.
I created a sales system that works, a compilation of real sales knowledge
to help salespeople drastically lower their learning curve. I started sales
coaching people one-on-one to do just that.
I’m here to show you that you no longer have to struggle to get the business
sales.
Here’s what a typical sales situation looks like: A salesperson comes to me,
worried that he won’t make his sales quota. He’s frustrated in his sales
career and doesn’t know what to do to get more business. Using the system I
created and weekly sales coaching to stay on track with assignments, I show
him exactly what he needs to do and he does it. I’m always delighted several
months later when these same people tell me that this was their best sales
career year ever. I’ve seen these amazing results happen over and over again
with many of the salespeople I work with.
I have successfully worked with hundreds of people; led workshops and seminars for hundreds more. I’ve worked with hundreds and hundreds of people, so it’s very likely that I’ve worked with people in your field. If I haven’t worked in your field, no need to be concerned since as a sales expert, I’ll be teaching you a proven sales system that works no matter what you’re selling. With 20 years of successfully selling countless products and services in record numbers, I’ve developed a sales system that works. What type of personality do you work best with and what is expected of me?
I created The Sales Breakthrough System™ for people who are eager to get going, hungry to succeed, and serious about making more money. I call it The Sales Breakthrough System™ because if you follow all the steps I show you, you’ll achieve amazing sales breakthroughs in a short period of time. I have always been a top sales results producer no matter what I was selling, and you can count on me to teach you everything I know. I want to help you eliminate all the frustration, struggle and fear you may be having around selling. What I do know is if you commit yourself to the program, do the assignments and follow the steps consistently, the sales results will follow in record time.
What type of professional is this program NOT going to work well for?
Just as you’re careful about selecting the sales coach you work with, I too am careful about selecting the people I work with. With my clients, I’m committed that the work we do together produces the sales results they want. In order to achieve breakthrough sales results, you want to be ready, willing and able to do the work.
I find when people have serious financial concerns, such as being out of work or little or no money coming in, it’s probably not the best time to work with me. They’re usually more concerned about resolving the issue than doing the required work; therefore, won’t get the sales results they want. If this is the case for you, don’t worry. We’ve all been in that place at one time or another in our lives. I have some recommendations that can help you.
